Sweet Dreams is a online furniture retail store selling furniture online so that you our valued customer can benefit from our low prices.Should you not wish to use our online services please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you with your enquiry or purchase.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Sweet Dreams is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sweet Dreams will refund the client in full within 30 days. Should you wish to return an item,it must be unused and returned in the original packaging within seven days.Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded. Flag items (special orders) will not be cancelled. The customer will be responsible for transport costs. Cancellation of orders or returning of goods by the client will attract a CANCELLATION & ADMINISTRATION FEE, (handling fee) of (15%) which will be deducted of your refund amount.
If your merchandise is delivered damaged please record this on your delivery note as well as our copy that you signed and contact us as soon as possible. If it is really badly damaged please do not accept your delivery. We will ensure that a replacement is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Areas and Delivery (Shipping) Fee
Currently this site only delivers in the Cape Town region.
The Sleepwell and Truform bedding range is restricted to the Cape Town region and its surrounds.Should you live outside these areas please contact us and we will inform you of the delivery fee for that specific item you are interested in.The delivey fee is a Flat Rate of R300.00.
Once a order has been placed and your payment has been received by us, we will then process your order.If we or the supplier has stock on hand we will deliver the next working day.Please note some products has Lead Times,these are merely an indication of when our suppliers will have stock on hand should they currently have nothing.For orders in the Cape Town region we use our own drivers.Nationwide deliveries,couriers will be used.Please make sure your details are 100% correct when giving your shipping and billing details.
LCD & Plasma TV`s
Remember when you purchase one of the above, you must please provide and fax proof of a valid SABC TV License.
Assembly of Goods
Certain products purchased might require assembly.Sweet Dreams is not responsible for the assembly of goods.No professional assistance is required as all the products are DIY.Should you require assistance there will be a assembly fee of 10%.All you have to do is contact us ,so that we can dispatch the assembly team out to your premises who will gladly assist you.

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card and Diners Club Credit Cards, by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT),Cheque or Cash Deposits into our Sweet Dreams bank account.
Cheque deposits are subject to a 10 day clearing period.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Sweet Dreams separately from card details that are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site. For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
